About our Tickets
Should I buy my tickets in advance or can I get them at the door?
Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door, however we strongly suggest purchasing tickets in advance. Many of our productions have limited availability.
What happens if I buy a ticket and can’t make the show?
If you have purchased a ticket and prior to the start of the performance you realize you cannot attend the show, you can contact the Box Office and exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production for a nominal fee. If you do not contact the Box Office prior to the show you will not be able to exchange the ticket. There are no refunds on tickets purchased.
Are there any special discounts on tickets?
Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
Additionally, our “Early Bird” performances are offered at a reduced ticket price, allowing our programming to be as accessible as possible.
What happens if I show up late to a performance?
New West Theatre performances start at the time indicated on our performance calendar.
If you do arrive late you may have to sit in latecomers seating until a timely break in the action or intermission. For some productions we do not allow latecomers and you will not be admitted once the production has started. We strongly suggest arriving at the theatre with ample time to find parking, pick up tickets and find your seat.
